I have a problem with Hearthy

- Cannot measure anything but pulse despite ads suggesting otherwise

- User experience for entering weight is poor

- "Allow app not to track" link does not work

- Some users were unable to try the app for free

To resolve Hearthy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Hearthy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hearthy » click [Force Stop]

Clear Hearthy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hearthy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hearthy.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hearthy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hearthy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hearthy
