Get Pricing Info for QardioMy Quardio does not turn on easily. It takes forever to turn on if it does at all. There is no phone number to call to get help. I ordered an Omron, easy peasy! As soon as it’s received, this Quardio is going in the garbage. No phone number is bad business!!
My new Qardio arm ( my 4th one) often will not inflate so can not take a measurement's. This is a new purchase because my previous one would only partially inflate. I called to cancel my account. Then in visiting my Cardiologist, he convinced me to continue with the monitoring. I think it has continued , just checking to see they didn"t cancel me. Thankyou.
My Qardio app keeps crashing when I select one of the measurements such as blood pressure, weight. I’ve powered down my phone and went back into the app and the crash still happens. This is unusable. My dr is needing me to record my blood pressures as he has temporarily taken me off of blood pressure medication due to excessive swelling. Please advise.
the cap for the battery slot has broken , what can i do...
This is the second QardioArm A100 which failed to take measurements with Ref. Z6. Please advise. Thank you,

I’ve been a regular user of QardioArm A100 blood pressure monitor for about 1 year. The first 9 months or so months it seemed like the ideal monitor. I even bragged about it to my medical provider. I had the setting set up for 3 consecutive measurements with the photo display running during the measurement process. Shortly after switching to a new iPhoneX the app began routinely crashed midway during the process. Frequently during the first 1 of 3 measurements. I then changed my setting from 3 to 1 reading and also turned off the photo feature. It helped but did correct the problem. The app still frequently crashes and closes. I am working hard to manage my BP and now am having to rely on a single measurement, this is a concern, especially because the QuardioArm’s instructions clearly state that a user needs multiple measurements for a more accurate reading. Additionally, I have corresponded with their customer service through email, they were responsive, acknowledging my concerns but in the end offered no solution. As time passes I keep hoping I’ll see an app update in the iTunes Store but thus far I have seen nothing. In fact I find no history that they ever do any corrective updates. It’s disappointing that what had started out as an excellent price/value tool and resource is now no more than just another outdated technology purchase flopping around in my junk drawer like my old flip phone.

My physician asked me to take my BP every day so I purchased this based on reviews and it’s app for the I-Phone.
It worked great for the first couple of months and then started throwing Z-codes. They aren’t listed in the manual. When tech support eventually replied to the email query, they simply stated I needed to adjust the cuff. Tried that and it continued to intermittently throw Z codes. The symptom is that the cuff won’t inflate. Changed batteries several times in case that was it, and no improvement. It no longer inflates at all. Still no response. I wanted it traded under warranty as it’s still under warranty. No luck. I question the actual size of this company given lack of response re email and the fact that the phone is never answered. Would not recommend purchasing this. They either won’t, or can’t support their product nor warranty.
UPDATE: I got a response from them (!). Have sent information requested for a replacement and will see if they come through. It will be great if the replacement works as well long term as the one I have. The upload feature was great, and the unit is much smaller than my old large unit I had to go back to.

I wanted to love the Qardio arm...but it doesn’t want to turn on upon unwrapping it, or pulling in the tag (which I’m convinced is nothing). Following the directions given, wrapping it tightly around the unit, etc., does nothing. We have to roll, unroll, roll, unroll multiple times and it still takes forever to get it to turn on. By the time my husband and I get the green light, our blood pressure is up from the frustration. Shouldn’t be that difficult. Why not have an on/off switch??? This weekend brought a new frustration...Now, when I go to open the app it says it’s updating...”will take a few minutes, but when done it will be faster than ever...” it’s been saying that for 3 days now! I went into the App Store to try and “re-update” from there, hoping it would reset and work, but after doing so, when I open the app it still shows the same message. We are very disappointed. With what we paid for this, we expected and hoped for an easy way to track and report our readings...not make them higher.🙄
