I have purchased the Blood Pressure option in the Heart Rate Monitor App (In app - via PayPal). However, the app is still showing the module as Locked with an option to purchase! I have received confirmation from PayPal that payment has been made (Feb/27/2024). I have sent 2 emails to you through the App, but 2 weeks later and I am yet to receive an acknowledgement or reply - disappointing! Can you tell me what must be done to unlock & commence using the Blood Pressure option on the app OR Refund my recent subscription (in Full) without me having to resort to a complaint to PayPal and uploading a review or two.
