Cardiogram Status

Just getting options for 2 services that I'I don't think I'm subscribed to when I try to open the Android app on my phone, but I believe I have beed paying monthly and thought I had an active account to track heart patterns. Is something changed? Are you still changing me?

OS 16.7.3 was installed on my iPhone yesterday, and now the app will not open at all. I have shut phone off a dozen times and the app will not open. Why did I pay for this? Not having a support phone number is no way to run a tech business. A health app should be stable, secure, and supported. This is bad business practice. Others have complained about this on the web for the past year, which I just learned by searching for my problems. This does not bode well for the future of this company.

The app is not recording my meditation … I wear an Apple Watch model 6 and it is up to date. The app is not recording my Calm app or mindfulness app from Apple. The last time Cardiogram (mind and body)recorded my mindfulness was August the 6th.

How long until app comes back on line

I paid for premium. On the premium page, it says I need to restore. When I select, the app hangs

App no longer opening properly, initially got the "try reopening the app" message now I don't even get that. Only just paid for this damn thing too.

Same issue as everyone else, the app shows a blank screen then occasionally says there are server connectivity problems. It was stable and working up until two days ago. Restarts etc are not rectifying the issue.

For a few months off and on have been having “reopen app again” messages now getting blank app and “Cardiogram is having problems connecting to servers”. I paid for a year of subscription last summer, don’t think I will be renewing.

Cardiogram app just shows a blank screen when I open the app. I need the info on it for the a Consultant Visit today. How do I fix this? Thanks.

The app wasn’t working last night and still isn’t working this morning, it won’t connect to the server! I need the data on it! Help! (Now it won’t even let me post this comment, says too many attempts!🤷🏼‍♀️)

App appears to start but then reports "There was an error starting Cardiogram. Please try closing and reopening the app." I have tried this as well as uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone but nothing helps.

I have been having the same issues since yesterday did everything the site says even ended up closing the one I had since 2019 opening another I'm still paying for the other till december 2022 and had to get charged $3.99 last night and still showing the same issue as you all above and the worst is they have no customer support at all..we pay for these apps for a reason for our fitness as well health issues this is uncalled for i have lost my other account an app should always have immediate contact with customers not a stupid email they never get back to you

Hello My cardiogram app won't open properly. I get the loading bar then it says 'There was an error starting cardiogram. Please try opening and closing the app.' I have done this multiple times, reset my phone, turned it off, uninstaled and reinstalled the app and nothing is working. I have a paid subscription and am not getting even the free function of the app. Please help.

I have the same problem today, 14-06-2022, af Michelle on my Samsung S21. The error message says: There was an error starting Cardiogram. Please try closind and re-opening the app. I have tried this multiple times without success.
