How to fix BudJet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BudJet app on iPhone
Update BudJet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BudJet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BudJet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BudJet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BudJet app issues:

Force Stop the BudJet App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BudJet app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BudJet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BudJet App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BudJet app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BudJet.

Fix BudJet unable to contact server/ BudJet internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BudJet » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BudJet » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BudJet on android.
