I got a new direct express card and the mobile app I use to activate it keeps saying invalid. It says contact them which I can’t get ahold of them either
On my mobile app some of the last letters are not there. Like logi instead of log in. The amounts are correct but how can I tell if this is a legit site.

It said my card was invalid, so I called to check and it was fine. Then I tried to update my information and it was acting strangely, so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and now it doesn't recognize the credentials. Government stuff NEVER works properly for long.
