After the update, i can only be on the app for a couple seconds before it freezes and then crashes while also making the rest of my phone slow and glitchy and it takes time to turn off my phone forcefully because everything seem to be lagging and not working.

How to fix zenly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the zenly app on iPhone
Update zenly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall zenly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix zenly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve zenly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

zenly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix zenly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the zenly App
1. On android, goto Settings » zenly » click [Force Stop]

Update zenly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear zenly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » zenly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart zenly.

Fix zenly unable to contact server/ zenly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click zenly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto zenly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch zenly
