Mix was great until yesterday, now it shows the OPPOSITE of topics I chose, shows suggestive stuff which I turned off & completely irrelevant stuff. Everything was perfect before, showing me wholesome stuff, cute dog stuff, clean humor & many everyday heroes type stuff. Now its full of Manga & comics & sports stuff, and it doesn’t respond to me disliking anything. Please help, this was my one way of controlling positive things on the internet to help me improve my mood. Now it makes me anxious even using it.

How to fix Mix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mix app on iPhone
Update Mix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mix » click [Force Stop]

Update Mix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mix.

Fix Mix unable to contact server/ Mix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mix
