I have problem logging in. I can't sign in to my gmail account and Facebook account. How soon will the problem be resolved?
I don't know what happened to Mix. I can't log in to get started. I try to log in from Facebook app, but it seemed to have crashed. When it will be fixed and brought back to normal again soon?
I want to know what happened to the videos I saved on Mix. Some of the videos disappeared when I load them up.
I can't select more videos from You Tube.
Mix was great until yesterday, now it shows the OPPOSITE of topics I chose, shows suggestive stuff which I turned off & completely irrelevant stuff. Everything was perfect before, showing me wholesome stuff, cute dog stuff, clean humor & many everyday heroes type stuff. Now its full of Manga & comics & sports stuff, and it doesn’t respond to me disliking anything. Please help, this was my one way of controlling positive things on the internet to help me improve my mood. Now it makes me anxious even using it.
