How to fix Glympse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Glympse app on iPhone
Update Glympse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Glympse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Glympse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Glympse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Glympse Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Glympse not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Glympse App
1. On android, goto Settings » Glympse » click [Force Stop]

Update Glympse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Glympse App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Glympse » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Glympse.

Fix Glympse unable to contact server/ Glympse internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Glympse » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Glympse » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Glympse
