- The app does not pair with the user's hearing aids after updating to iOS 15.4.

- If the user does not change the batteries immediately on low charge warning, the app freezes up and must be trashed and reinstalled.

Hello, I create my favorites and save them. When I close the app and reopen it my favorites are gone. I make the favorites and use the favorites. Sometimes they stay for about 10 minutes, but if I take my hearing aids off and put them back on open the app. My favorites are always, always gone. Please advise

How to fix ReSound Smart app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ReSound Smart app on iPhone
Update ReSound Smart app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ReSound Smart iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ReSound Smart on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ReSound Smart network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ReSound Smart Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ReSound Smart not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ReSound Smart App
1. On android, goto Settings » ReSound Smart » click [Force Stop]

Update ReSound Smart to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ReSound Smart App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ReSound Smart » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ReSound Smart.

Fix ReSound Smart unable to contact server/ ReSound Smart internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ReSound Smart » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ReSound Smart » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ReSound Smart
