Hello, I create my favorites and save them. When I close the app and reopen it my favorites are gone. I make the favorites and use the favorites. Sometimes they stay for about 10 minutes, but if I take my hearing aids off and put them back on open the app. My favorites are always, always gone. Please advise
Works with iPhone, but can not connect to Apple watch 5. It ends in a loop continously trying.
