- The app is unreliable and often does not connect to the hearing aids.

- One reviewer has to go through a process of turning Bluetooth off and then back on again, shutting down the app, restarting the phone, turning the hearing aids off and then back on in order to reconnect the hearing aids to the app.

- The charging case needs to be available at all times in order to reconnect the hearing aids to the app.

App on my samsung won't let me close out the app using the regular back arrow. I have to close it down to get out. The app continually alerts me & I mean continually, every 4 seconds, that I haven't paired up my hearing aids in the morning. For the price, you would think they would have a more user friendly app.

IOS 16.1.2: Devices reboot parodically during the day, also while streaming one device (right or left) will stop streaming. This is normally followed by the device rebooting. To date nothing from my audiologist nor resound has corrected the issue not even the recent firmware update.

My problems with Resound 3d have been only minor disconnects and sadly having only one hearing aid working while streaming. Like others my Galaxy 10e upgraded to Android 12 then things went very bad then worse. I had a visit with the Audiologist to adjust a feedback problem. When I returned home I noticed the three streaming devices I have no longer appeared on Smart 3d or my Resound Controller. Not a problem! I re-paired my TV devices and a Micro mic. Great they again appeared on my 3D app but were greyed out. Talked to support they said uninstall and re install the app to fix the problem. So I did that only to find that my $5000 Quattros repeatedly fail to pair making the app USELESS . Back to support "Oh you have Android 12 and it's a known problem!" They suggest that an update to 13 should fix the problem? My Galaxy s10e has no update scheduled by Android MORE $$$$$. SOOO I figured I'll just forget the app that will probably never work again until I buy an upgraded phone. So then I look at my Resound controller and find that no streaming devices can be connected! Back to support! The tech says just re-pair your controllers (I have two) and all will be well. Easy fix I re - paired the controllers NO CHANGE! I called back again "well you will need to go see your Audiologist to try to fix it". My audiologist, who is 30 miles away, charges me for every visit and really is not that familiar with the streaming devices that were set up by me according to the user manual. Yes resound Quattros are expensive but, they work well if they are working. NEVER BUY THESE!!!

10/4/22 After installing Android 12 in May of 2022 on my Samsung A52, I started having connection problems. My provider (East Central Audiology) worked with Resound for well over an hour and came out telling me that I purchased the wrong phone 7 months before and I shouldn't have installed Android 12. She told me there is a list of phones that work on the Resound website and mine isn't on it. Previously, they had told me I only needed a cell phone that ran Android 10 or higher. Now, the local people will not help with any problems. The aids went out of warranty in February 2022. I had no notification from either Resound or my local dealer that there was a list or that I shouldn't have installed Android 12. Since they worked on it, my app has been showing notices. One of the notices was to upgrade my app to "BeMore." The connection seemed better at first, but I still have had to re-pair the aids up to 6 times a day. The worst problem with the new app is that I literally have to have the microphone on my lips for anyone to hear me. After a few attempts with phone calls, I found that I had to give the app permission to use the microphone, but it is still not loud enough at a regular distance for anyone to hear me. I would couple these problems with the fact that anytime I sweat, my aids stop working. In June 2022, I had to send them in to be replaced at a cost of $677. The warranty on the new devices is a year. The first day I had them, I sweated slightly and had to send one in for replacement. One other problem with Resound is their support. I usually have to wait over 30 minutes on the phone while constantly hearing that I should call from a different phone. When you only have a cell phone, who do you go to to borrow a phone knowing that you may just be sitting on hold for that long. I have worn hearing aids for over 20 years and have NEVER had any problems with others like the problems I have had with Resound. I will never recommend Resound or the Audiologist I used locally.

The Smart 3D app is the worst app i’ve ever seen. It loses connection two to three times a day. And then you have reconnect everything all over again. A shame considering the price (€4300) you have to pay. Unbeleivable that Resound GN does nothing about it. As said before: it is a shame and the worst software one can imagine

Hi. Since I upgraded to Apple IOS 15.4 on an new Iphone (SE 2022 version) this app is continuouly disconnecting my resounds One 9. To the point that I gave up having to re-pair them again and again with the whole ridiculous procedure of erasing the app, re-downloading it, etc etc and again everytime I restarted the Iphone. This App It is of no use to me now. I did not have this issue with my older IOS version and Iphone. Is there any solution to this, that I see is not only me?
