Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Velouse app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Velouse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Velouse app on iPhone
Update Velouse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Velouse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Velouse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Velouse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Velouse Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Velouse not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Velouse app issues:

Force Stop the Velouse App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Velouse app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Velouse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Velouse App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Velouse app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Velouse.

Fix Velouse unable to contact server/ Velouse internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Velouse » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Velouse » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Velouse on android.
