Tado App stopped working a few days ago. It's the same on all of our devices. Internet connection is working fine. I have also updated app, deleted it and reinstalled it - still not working

Problem with the Tado App The App is working for all functions except it is not to show the room heating data, error "Unable to load report data" Please advice
My tado app has stopped working. My ACs still come on and off as my smart schedule settings. I want to reschedule some of my current smart settings. I have checked my router, internet and phone setting and connections and all are working normally.
Can not log in on the app on my phone, I tried an other phone, that works fine and logging in online works fine, but my phone, where it used to work, doesn't anymore.
