Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Zoov app issues:

Force Stop the Zoov App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zoov app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zoov to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zoov App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zoov app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zoov.
