The Citibike App on iphone covers map with Bike Angel info plug. I only get about an inch of map, which makes it very difficult to see. It won't let me use the pull down horizontal bar to minimize the unneeded Bike Angel info.
Hi I put my bike back on time. I’m trying to a get a new bike at new dock. And it says that I have the other bike out. Please I need help I’m far from home. I’m calling but no answer. Also I don’t want to get over charged. This also happen to my friend. He just left and took the bus. My name Is isabel cuellar my card last digits are 5349-citibank debit card. Please help me. We wasted our day because now I have to go to work.. Trying to fix this issue
I initially installed Citi Bike app and setup an account. Then I uninstalled it and am unable to reinstall it. It just reads try again.
App not working. No connection
For the past 4 days my app remains frozen for 6 minutes after docking a bike. I cannot rate a ride, find another dock, unlock another bike - I cannot do anything. This is especially despairing when I unlock a bike that is in need of repair and is returned immediately… and I’m stuck when I need to pick my daughter up from school. Quitting the app does not help, nor does restarting my phone. Not good.
