I try to log in with my new account and when I do it says that something is wrong with the number and when I try to register it says that my account already exists
Common dislikes about nextbike app
- Registering in the system was a little buggy and took about 15 minutes
- Bike didn't register as returned on the trip meter in the app
- System always has errors saying the bike is still running even after you returned and locked it successfully
- GPS map says I have ridden the bike from NY across the Atlantic to Egypt
- No one picks up the customer service line at the time of the issue
- App isn't working half the time
- Charged numerous times because the app didn’t register that I ended a ride when I did
- Have to spend tons of time waiting to talk to customer service to get them to correct it
