How to fix nextbike app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the nextbike app on iPhone
Update nextbike app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall nextbike iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix nextbike on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve nextbike network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

nextbike Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix nextbike not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the nextbike App
1. On android, goto Settings » nextbike » click [Force Stop]

Update nextbike to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear nextbike App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » nextbike » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart nextbike.

Fix nextbike unable to contact server/ nextbike internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click nextbike » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto nextbike » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch nextbike
