I need to use the virtual doctor and it says oops something went wrong. How do I fix that. I am sick.
The app worked well last year. This year, from January 1, I started counting steps again, and saw that the program did not count my steps. I have tried every possible way to fix the program: deleted the application, rebooted the iPhone, three times, downloaded the application again, logged in again under my account - all to no avail. It's been more than 3 weeks into the new year and the app still doesn't count my steps. All permissions are enabled, all checkboxes are checked, all the latest updates are also installed. Your application does not work for me. My husband's application works fine on the same iPhone, all x. But it doesn't work on my iPhone. iPhones are the same: iPhone 13 Pro Max.
