The app isn’t reasponding. I called the café and asked if anybody else was having issues and they said no which I find that very odd but is there anything else I can do? It was very convenient when I have my kids in the car.

Says my password isn't correct. Tried to change it and that won't work. Have tried several times. No luck. Used to love using it the past. Can you help?
