I ordered on 01 Jan 2023 and I had a piece of metal in my food, I just wanted to let Taziki's know hat what ever metal brush they use to clean their grill to check the brushes they use and make sure its not old. The metal looks like it came from a grill cleaning brush. I happen to bite down on it and was lucky enough not to swallow it. Love the food but just want them to be more careful.

The restaurant, its food and employees, is great. This app is just the opposite. It is sooo frustrating to use. The wording about substituting a side for the salad is confusing. You can’t add the special instructions because it won’t let you type anything. I tried multiple times on different menu items. I clicked on the scan your credit card option and that sent the app into a never ending loading mode. I had to close out and reopen the app and start all over. I hate this for the restaurant because the impression and frustration you get from the app creates a negative experience (and you have just the opposite experience when you deal with the restaurant in person). But in today’s world, especially with the virus situation, restaurants can’t afford to have a poorly functioning app or depend primarily on face to face interaction. If it hadn’t been Father’s Day and Taziki’s being his request for lunch, I would have gone to a different app and ordered from a different restaurant. Looks like several other users feel the same way. An app should increase ease of ordering and improve efficiency and accuracy versus having to place an order by phone.

We ordered off the app every single Sunday for a year but for the last two months we can’t order off the app. I have to call in our order every week. Every week I tell them it’s not working. We have emailed corporate marketing and updated the app and rebooted our phones and computers and still doesn’t work. Even when I go in and recreate the order it dies on the payment screen. So incredibly frustrating 😤😤😤. Nobody seems to give a hoot at Taziki’s

Repeatedly freezes and crashes, sometimes while adding items to the cart, sometimes when selecting the pickup time at checkout. When the app freezes, it also dumps the entire cart, even if I’m signed in, so the entire order has to be redone in order to try again. I tried multiple times to place an order and was never able to make it all the way through checkout.
