How to fix Favor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Favor app on iPhone
Update Favor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Favor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Favor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Favor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Favor Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Favor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Favor App
1. On android, goto Settings » Favor » click [Force Stop]

Update Favor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Favor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Favor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Favor.

Fix Favor unable to contact server/ Favor internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Favor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Favor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
