Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever NDRoads app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix NDRoads app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NDRoads app on iPhone
Update NDRoads app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NDRoads iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NDRoads on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NDRoads network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

NDRoads Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NDRoads not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NDRoads app issues:

Force Stop the NDRoads App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NDRoads app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NDRoads to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NDRoads App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NDRoads app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NDRoads.

Fix NDRoads unable to contact server/ NDRoads internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NDRoads » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NDRoads » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NDRoads on android.
