- Registration process was difficult and inconsistent across devices

- Puzzles were too easy and lacked interesting historical information

- App required Facebook or Google sign-in, which may not be accessible for some users

- App was not intuitive and caused confusion among players

- Walking distances between locations were too far and lacked interesting stops along the way

To resolve Let's Roam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Let's Roam App
1. On android, goto Settings » Let's Roam » click [Force Stop]

Clear Let's Roam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Let's Roam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Let's Roam.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Let's Roam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Let's Roam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Let's Roam
