My android is updated. Play store says "This app won't work for your device"

No longer compatible all other apps work.

App stars transaction & immediately closes out the transaction before start fueling. Sends a $0 rect

If enough people stop using the app and the gas card, it may impact their bottom line enough to fix.
Recently switch from ATT to Verizon. First attempt at using the app and it would not start.
Would not connect, tried all solutions, now says not compatible

I am thoroughly disgusted with your "Fuel Forward" app! It works for awhile then stops. I try it again the next time and it may or may not work. Disgusting! Fix this or it's useless!
The app gives me an error every time I try to use it when it tries to authorize payment
The app got stuck on "Your transaction is processing". Eventually when I get home I get a msg to try again. The receipt doesn't have the $.15 a gallon credit
Fuel forward does not recognize the gas station I am at. I'm sitting in front of the pump and it's looking at a gas station about 1/2 miles away. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Checked that location services (on my iphone) is checked. This has been going on for about a month.
It's about .5 miles off on my location. When I'm sitting in front of the pump, it tells me I'm too far away to pay at the pump (about .5 miles)
I have been trying to download the new 76 store opening in Columbus GA promo for September 15 2023 gas at .76cents per gal, it want let me download
Pay with card inside no longer works
When try to use card always says trouble with confirmation
Every time I try and use my app it fails. It worked the first time and not since. I get to the part where it asks me to double click to pay and then asks me for pass code. I put it in and it just continues to ask me for the pass code till it says too many tries. Help!
I have been using the app 1-2 times a week for the last year and a half...now it says my phone is not compatible..I used it 4 days before it gave me the not compatible with my device message...what can I do ...I can't even find a list of compatible devices
App not working at my neighborhood station. Tried another station across town—same issue. It has worked several times in the last month. Today I only get “not authorized.” This is very frustrating as there is no fix. 7/3/22
I have been working with the new credit card since yesterday spending hours and hours getting it to sync with the app. Near hopeless situation. Extremely frustrated. I've spoken to person after person. Phillips 66 rep sends me to Synchrony Bank and vice versa. Ready to discard new card.
