Yesterday, I tried going to my DB app to see what seasonal drinks they had for fall this year. I got a notification saying that I need to update the app. So I go to the google app store to update it. All I got was "something went wrong" with no explanation. I've done all the basic troubleshooting steps: I've checked my storage, my phone is up to date, and I've restarted my phone. I even uninstalled, restarted the phone and reinstalled the app only for me to get "something went wrong." Dutch Bros, what the hell?! You cannot seriously expect me to spend more money than I already have to upgrade my phone when everything else works just fine. This isn't okay.
I have to put in my phone number and code Everytime I log on
App will not allow password change; says "the provided code is not valid. Near as I can tell, my attempted passwords met the requirements.
I do not have my original email...when signing it..my password doesn't work...need to update email and I don't know how to without original email...please help....
The app isn’t updating my points
The app kicked me out and I’m mad because I had almost 2 thousand points and it doesn’t let me log in i tried to reset password but it made me a new account.
No matter the link i click in any other app, Dutch Bros app opens. Delete this app and everything works again.
I keep loosing my Dutch bro app on my new phone. Why???
Hi, I'm writing to let you know I have not been getting the app stickers I have earned. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and its not fixing the problem. Evertime I click on a link the stupid Dutch brothers app opens. I tried removing notifications. Still does it
My app said it required an upgrade. I did and now I cant log on. I keep sending password change link requests but I never get them?

When I try to use the app to load my points I keep getting the bummer message. I didn't realize at first that I wasn't getting my points. I missed out on points for 2 different $25 purchases. Today the borista told me to reach out to you to reset my app. My phone number is 480-600-2856. I would appreciate any help I can get as I use this quite often.
I am getting the same issue as mostly everyone else. App logged me out and now I keep getting the Bummer message. I have changed password,uninstalled and forced stopped the app and still same.
I've been using this app for about a year. Just upgraded my phone to Samsung s22 and the apps transferred over. The app works fine, but I'm trying to set up automatic reload, but it tells me that my credit card is already set up...but it will not auto reload (the button is gray). In fact, I can't even just add money because my credit card does not show in the Choose Payment Method and it won't let me set up my card again... We really like the app, so I hope you have a suggestion. :)

app not working giving me the "bummer" message
I go to Dutch bros every day before work. The app has stopped working for a week now. It gives me a message sayin "BUMMER, you exceeded the maximum number of login attempts. Please try again later" I've tried everything to get it to work. Changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, everything. Luckily, the broristas are able to add points by typing in my phone number but it's very unfortunate that I am unable to use my points or the app! What happened?! So disappointed.
Absolutely ridiculous this has been going on for weeks!!! this needs to be fixed!! I Just did an update on my app. Went to get coffee this morning and it had logged me out. even though it's correct it gives me the bummer you've tried too many times error message.
I am really shocked that you guys are not more attentive to this issue, it has been going on for a couple weeks now? I have money loaded onto my app, I have so many points I could get several free drinks, yet it's still will not let me get back in my app after you're update. When I try to enter my email address and password it says that I have tried too many times. I hit change password and I enter my email address to get a passcode sent to me to do so, and when I do, it says that my email address is not valid. I went into my email and it is the correct one I use with your app, I have been getting emails every time I cash in a reward and get updated news to that email address, I know for sure that that email address is the one I use for the app and it's saying that it does not exist in your system. I went to my Dutch Brothers and they looked on their little handheld device and it says that my email address is the correct one, however you guys are still not fixing this, why? This is absolutely ridiculous!
My app states exceeded too many attempts and I have tried in over three days. My app has not worked for almost two week since this company performed an update. I just want a check with the money in my account, delete the account, and I can move on to Starbucks!

Just did an update on my app. Went to get coffee this morning and it had logged me out. When I put my info in even though it's correct it gives me the bummer you've tried too many times error message. Hurry and fix this dutch!!

My app won't stay logged in after I did the update and it keeps telling me BUMMER you tried to many times. I can open the app but when I click on the Dutch Pass icon, it shuts down the app completely. This is an ongoing issue since the update.
My app will open up to the screen showing my points. As soon as I tap the red dutch pass button to see the amount of money there the app closes
The app will open fine and everything works except when I hit the Dutch pass. My app stopped working last Aug 27 even though it worked on Aug 26. Tried everything to get it working and can't get logged in. Says my email is not valid or something is not right. I had $11.00 on the app and over 700 points.
