Hi My laptop did a software upgrade and flowxpert will not open, all my other flow programmes are working FLow nest, Flow path and Flow cut, I have uninstalled the upgrade and reboot the computer but the app still wont open , Please advise Regards Eugene

How to fix FlowXpert app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FlowXpert app on iPhone
Update FlowXpert app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FlowXpert iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FlowXpert on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FlowXpert network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FlowXpert Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FlowXpert not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FlowXpert App
1. On android, goto Settings » FlowXpert » click [Force Stop]

Update FlowXpert to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FlowXpert App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FlowXpert » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FlowXpert.

Fix FlowXpert unable to contact server/ FlowXpert internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FlowXpert » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FlowXpert » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FlowXpert
