Hi My laptop did a software upgrade and flowxpert will not open, all my other flow programmes are working FLow nest, Flow path and Flow cut, I have uninstalled the upgrade and reboot the computer but the app still wont open , Please advise Regards Eugene

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FlowXpert app issues:

Force Stop the FlowXpert App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FlowXpert app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FlowXpert to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FlowXpert App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FlowXpert app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FlowXpert.

Fix FlowXpert unable to contact server/ FlowXpert internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FlowXpert » "Force Stop".

Again, got FlowXpert » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
