Online keeps telling me I'm not in Michigan, but I am. Tried everything the website suggested, still says I'm not in Michigan. Tried a different computer, same result. Told me I'm not in Michigan...........

Try to log in it says error contact customer support they told me technicians are working on it but this was 3 days ago

I am unable to log in anywhere. Not on the app, not on the website. I finally did a forgot password and it said it was updated successfully but I keep getting same error to check email and password. So I did another forget password 100% typing it in correctly. Something is wrong. Please help. It was right after I hit for $75 on keno the night before, too. Very frustrating- on hold right now but I was all day yesterday, too. No answer.

Have the app successfully loading on my phone. Trying scan Diamond Riches non-winning tickets. I get a green line when I scan the barcode and then immediately an error code saying "Invalid barcode" . etc. Happens on every ticket.

App is always crashing.. I continually have to re sign in. Frustrating!

Non of games work i get a black and white screen and it will take my money but animated game does not play- just black and white

Ever since update having issues...get parse error after download. Have to play from website where screen display is different...can't see money balance, some things are missing. Logo is missing from desktop. Please help. Everything was fine before the upgrade. I have a kindle fire.
