Horrible, screwed out of $200 for cameras and another $200+ on subscription. Won't down load in a timely manner (two days or more). Thought I was buying quality, got junk.
Keeps shutting down. Takes a long time to get a video, freezes a lot.
My app keeps crashing
3 of my 6 camera/modem combinations are not working. I get a u56 error. I started with all new formatted cards. Batteries are good. I've changed out the cords with no change. This may be my last year with Moultrie if we can't get this straightened out. I have 2 weeks vacation for hunting and I need them all working ASAP. Thanks
I’ve had cameras working well for 2+ years taking hundreds of pics per month from same locations. In the last 2-3 months I am getting only 1-2 pics per day although I know activity is going on in range. ( cattle and equipment). One camera is new. Customer support can’t identify issues. Any ideas?
I have replaced the batteries twice in my camera and it keeps telling me there dead. And their brand new batteries
