I have a problem with AdvocateHub

- Notification bug where notifications do not clear and stack up on each other

- Difficulty resetting password through the app

- Inability to access discussions

- Repeated push notifications, causing annoyance and frustration

- Notification icon never leaves, even after turning off notifications and reinstalling the app

I am unable to connect to One Stream after the recent update which changed the app name from Advocate Hub to Influitive, kindly help me on the same.

To resolve AdvocateHub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AdvocateHub App
1. On android, goto Settings » AdvocateHub » click [Force Stop]

Clear AdvocateHub App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AdvocateHub » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AdvocateHub.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AdvocateHub » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AdvocateHub » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AdvocateHub
