I am having problems viewing the daily puzzles page on my iPad. All other features are working correctly.

I wish to cancel The Mail+. Please explain how to do this.

Close and restart the Mail+ app on iPhone
Update Mail+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mail+ iPhone app

To resolve Mail+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Mail+ app issues:

Force Stop the Mail+ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Mail+ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Mail+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mail+ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Mail+ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Mail+.

Fix Mail+ unable to contact server/ Mail+ internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Mail+ » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Mail+ » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mail+ on android.
