It says my app timer ran out
One Android phone saving ride results in network error, but rides appear to be save to web.

Routing produces an "unknown error". I type in a destination and select it from the results. Then it gives me an "unknown error". I have a pro account
Just purchased at TMMR. Got home and first test to create route to a location. Save just sits there spinning.Samsung S23
Unable upload my rides. Constantly getting "Network Error" message. Using Android Samsung S 23. Had the same issue with S22 before. I use BMW Motorrad Connected app to record the tracks with had Save to Rever option to export tracks to Rever. It worked until June last year. But then stopped. I can see the rides in the app but it won't upload to the server. I tried uploading GPX file. The same story, unable to sync with the server, stores locally on my device.
Rever does not work. Both the app and the website are just spinning around when trying to create a route. What a waste of good money and what could be a fantastic software!
My copy of Rever will not save the route. It just sits there doing nothing for hours while the little circle goes around and round. Any ideas??
Never just plain isn't working. I put in a start address and an end address and it just draws a straight line. It will not route.

Android app will not pull planned rides saved on desktop. Andriod app "Create Ride" complete inop. Running Samsung Galaxy S10
Same as Drew R. The "create ride" bar does not function at all. It would be like going to Google search bar and being unable to type anything. I am using on a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra.
Trying to upload my rides and it says unknown error. Want my. Rides to be visible to any rider on the map of our area. Currently only one by cycle gear in Ohio.
I have my account linked to my facebook account. When I try to use rever it asks me to login again and I get an error: App Not Setup This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.
REVER has stopped saving my routes when I finish and “save and share”. The screen turns grey and just sits there. I quit Rever and go back in and my planned route is not there. I am in the middle of a 3 week Colorado moto ride and am stuck. Please help.
Just renewed my pro and I cant ride any of my saved rides or even create a new ride. Just sits on the Please Wait... screen. Do I need a refund?
When I go to the Ride feed and select a ride, go to the 3 dot on top right then hit ride it, app says please wait. Did the same process on my I pad and it seemed to work fine. When I try the same process in the My Rides section it works fine just not in Ride Feed section
the app works but gps does not. it wont pick up on gps postion or when i track my ride i get nothing. I live in Perth Western Australia, but i am currently ( according to rever) in the South Atlantic ocean just west of Cameroon. with no fixed position
I have loaded the rever app and have purchased the Pro plan. When I load the app on my Pixel 5a the 'Create Ride' on the 'Track' screen does not function. When I press it, it does nothing. All the other items can be selected, it's just the 'create ride' that doesnt work. Pixel 5a Android 12
