How to fix Tydom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tydom app on iPhone
Update Tydom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tydom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tydom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tydom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tydom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tydom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tydom App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tydom » click [Force Stop]

Update Tydom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tydom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tydom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tydom.

Fix Tydom unable to contact server/ Tydom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tydom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tydom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
