How to fix Scan It All app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scan It All app on iPhone
Update Scan It All app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scan It All iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scan It All on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scan It All network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Scan It All App
1. On android, goto Settings » Scan It All » click [Force Stop]

Update Scan It All to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scan It All App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Scan It All » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Scan It All.

Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Scan It All » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scan It All
