I’ve tried logging into AdvocateHub multiple times and every time I login it starts me off as if I’ve logged in for the first time even though I’ve use AdvocateHub successfully for the last few months with no problem. AdvocateHub does not provide an easy way to get in touch with the maintainers of this application nor does it seem to work properly. Very disappointing as this was once a very reliable app.

Love being able to create and approve challenges on the go as a busy program administrator. It helps me stay connected with our advocates and provide continuous value no matter where I am or what timezone I'm in!

The notifications on AdvocateHub badge on my home screen is not going down even tho I complete the challenges. I’ve done all the preliminary steps to try to resolve this - turned the badge off and then back on in settings, restarted my phone, tried to update AdvocateHub , etc. It’s frustrating to see the badge number there every time I look at my phone.

I have been asking daily for a link to get in app and re-set my password. I enter all info and link never comes. Not in mail or spam.

I can’t login on my phone even though I know my password and have logged in through FB before, but they say even I’ve done it, they don’t have my fb profile on file. There isn’t any way to contact them. Even the link they try to send isn’t the correct one.

I cannot access the discussions anymore. Please fix this

As if it wasn’t bad enough that one has to click on the discussion topic ‘twice’ to enter a discussion in the prior version, “Discussions” is no longer working After the latest update.

Not sure what is going on but I have been trying for weeks now to get into AdvocateHub . As soon as I get on the page I needs, it crashes. Please HELP!!!

I get a link sent to my email, but when I click on it, it just reopens AdvocateHub and asks if I want to send another email. Endless, useless loop. Please fix.

I used to love AdvocateHub, but now it won’t clear notifications and recently it sends me 4-5 of the same push notifications. In the last 2 days I have received almost 200 push notifications. This is way too many considering that I only have 6 new tasks showing up again and again.

Please fix this problem before I end up deleting AdvocateHub .

As others have said, AdvocateHub fulfills its purpose but it has a problem with keeping a running total of “unopened” push notifications, despite being read and opened. I didn’t think it would bother me but I’m up to 695 in that push notification and I hate it. I honestly will probably delete AdvocateHub because it’s that obnoxious. It’s also frustrating that this has been a known issue for a while now and it has not been corrected.

Live the content. But something is wrong with the notifications. They are sent out repeatedly. Please look into adjusting the notifications. Thank you!

I absolutely love AdvocateHub . It works great with VIPKID! Recently, it has stopped clearing notifications once they are completed. They are beginning to stack up on each other. Even with that bug, I still love AdvocateHub

I would love to give more stars but I CAN NOT handle the notification icon. It never leaves - just continues to count up with each new challenge posted by VIPKID. I've turned off everything and have uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this.

I recently discovered Infuitive's this app product and am so happy they have an app! My users are really happy too. Brilliant app from a stellar company!

I like AdvocateHub other than the fact that the notifications just keep piling up. I currently have 68, even though I have completed all of the challenges that are causing the notifications. For someone with OCD, this is almost unbearable, but I need AdvocateHub for work. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!!

AdvocateHub is a great idea, and may provide great functionality however the frustration undercuts all of that.

I was invited to use it from HP. Every time I open AdvocateHub I get to wait for the partner list to populate. Then I get to pick HP each time, then wait for login, then type in my credentials. All this every single time.

The notification bug does not go away and it drives me crazy. Please fix it so it disappears when opened.

Getting better every release. Search on company is great.

Why can’t the notifications go away once they’ve been opened. Ridiculous. Apparently this issue has been going on a while. :(
