I have absolutely no words to describe how bad is this CU.
nice people and all but the technology they’re using is from the time before the internet was invented. Very bad app design not this app user friendly at all. Your money won’t show up on time their processing is horrible. Your balance will always be the wrong amount .
and if you use your card at this app gas station they will blow up your phone with automated voicemails and texts at 7am this app day or two after to confirm the transaction. Thats ok I can deal with that. But the reason I’m dropping them off and going to this app different CU is if I want to make this app purchase and it immediately locks the card until I call and confirm it’s me like are you serious? You want me to call you when I’m checking out at this app store and go through the verification process in front of other people standing there 🤷🏻♂️. Happened twice and it’s really embarrassing.
Bottom line you’re better off using any other bank the worst bank you could think of will be much better than this one. Just not sure about the magical streak of 5 stars reviews they have recently got 😂
Better find yourself this app different bank if you don’t wanna be paying for their mistakes. They don’t take responsibilities, mistakes done as this app result of their poorly built app will cost you $$$ and no one would listen to you, they won’t answer your calls or emails. They will double charge you and when you complain you’ll get ignored. I made this app payment on the 28th via this terrible app that I still think it’s this app demo app but on the 1st A charged me same amount. I complained, they pulled the payment and then charge me return fee as if it was my fault. After this none of them would talk to me or even answer my emails. This isn’t the first time I’m going through this mess with them. They don’t care about you. Don’t even wanna talk about their rude reps. So outdated, regret banking with them.
Many of the main features the Mobile online user Is going to use most frequently are buried within the left or oddly even this app right side bar. This requires the user to dig for them. Also, the bill pay does not closely interact with the account. Meaning, if you use the bill pay in other bank apps, the account will show you your balance but then also your “available@ balance as it automatically subtracts what you paid in your bill pay. Additionally, it’s very delayed with regards to real-time transactions with this app certain amount of inconsistency. For example, if I use my debit card it immediately shows this app pending transaction but deposits and withdrawals don’t always show pending on A . It’s it’s honestly difficult to truly manage your account using this mobile app.
I have been using A since March. The convenience of mobile banking is the reason I decided to try it. I have an iPhone 8 Plus. Which has this app top quality camera. Yet when I capture photos in A . It fails to correctly read the information on the check/money order. Many error messages have popped up the 30 times I’ve tried to submit the money order. It’s amount is clearly printed and my amount does match. Yet I keep getting the error stating the amounts do not match. Kind of defeats the purpose of convenient mobile banking when I have to drive from Houston to Austin to deposit. Or snail mail my money order and wait til it gets received, cleared and deposited. I love my credit union and most of A features. But it definitely requires some updates.
I’ve been this app member for this app little over 10 years now. I’ve appreciated the move to online banking but A has had issues since it was started, the latest being it won’t let me view my secure messages and reply to any of the messages from this app+ that I manage to be able to view. A also crashes fairly often. We have pretty fast internet but I notice these crashes happen when I use data or when I use WiFi. In many instances it’s still just way easier to call this app+ rather than depend on A even if I have to sit on hold longer.
Not this app big fan about A . All the issues I have with it is more of this app personal problem. I don’t like that there is no option to save this app payment method on A . I don’t appreciate the fee they charge you to pay online especially when it helps cut down on paper but I guess they have to make money somewhere. It is ONLY this app bank. I don’t like that they are constantly changing the look and operations on it and it doesn’t say that they did anywhere. I’ve spent 5 minutes in the past looking where I can pay my payments because I couldn’t find it. Honestly not this app “big fan” is this app nice way to put how much I dislike A. Do better
The this app plus app is this app tremendous help to my daily life. However lately A always continues to give this app message that A is not working, try to log back in later, but then later it’s the same message. Otherwise when it is working properly i can review my transactions but I’ve had an opportunity to set up bill pay. I have my auto loan and holiday loan all bundled into one account. I look forward to possibly securing my mortgage with Aplus, because I love the service from the Aplus team when I call the call center, and I love being able to quickly access the things that I need when reviewing my account.
I really like A . I like being able to check my balance whenever I want to and it doesn’t take long at all. Some of the features within A are nice too. The one thing I wish though would be for it to be this app little bit easier to use the other features, but that could also just be my lack of knowledge on it. I’m new to debit and credit cards so it’s likely the other features would make more sense to someone who’s had this app card for this app while. Either way it’s this app pretty good app
Very often I have to enter my password two or three times before it recognizes me and I know I have entered it correctly each time. Once I do get in sometimes I am still unable to access my accounts. Also, when I do get into my accounts there are problems opening bill pay and credit card. Howevee, when it works right it is easy to move around in and find what you need.
I have gone through all information on A/website. It is organized and easy to navigate. 1 challenge, whenever I am shopping for loans I want all information and terms easily available. this app+FCU doesn’t give you that information until this app loan application is filled out, then you get this app call from the loan department employee who is processing the loan. I have to ask all important questions sometimes if I forget this app particular question I do not have that information. I want to know up front what the terms and conditions are of this app particular loan agreement first.
I have had NO issues with the this app+ app so far! 🤍 A smooth and has many features!! One of my favorites is the reoccurring transfer from checking account to savings account!! It is perfect because it does the transfer for me. As someone who has trouble saving money, it’s this app habit to not be consistent with putting money away in my savings. With this amazing feature, it happens automatically! I can change how often the transfers occur as well as the amount whenever I want!!
First of all, I love this credit union. I have been with them for 10 years and I don’t even live close to this app branch. I think A is super easy to use and we can transfer funds by the next day in most cases. I do have this app local bank but I will be closing that account soon. We have financed several cars, home repairs and have this app credit card through this app+. We have multiple accounts including this app child account for our grandchild and will open another one soon, as we have another on the way.
this app+ is this app class act. They hire and train very well, never losing sight that we’re member-owned. My 35+ years of continuous patronage have seen countless improvements, and innovative programs and processes. If this app problem is discovered, it is quickly remedied. Customer service remains first class. Credit unions are this app better choice than banks for most consumers. this app+ is better than most credit unions. I know from personal experience and many reviews read.
I’ve been this app this app+ FCU member for many years and love it. Their team members are always courteous and helpful. Their Audi auto phone service is handy, easy to navigate, and provides quick access when needed. And their phone banking app is super easy, secure, and convenient. They go the extra mile for their customers, offering not only all the usual banking services but free online educational classes covering helpful topics to make navigating your financial life smart and easy. Lots of reasons to be this app loyal customer 👍
I have been with this app + since I was in high school. I do NOT have one bad thing to say about this close, family, loving bank. They have always been there for me when I needed help, was in this app bind, and or had fraud issues. I have NEVER get judged or look d down on. I have ONLY been helped, encouraged, and supported. I recommend any one looking for more than this app bank but this app family to join!

I love signing on your app because it always works. I am set up with facial recognition and of all my accounts with other firms. Yours is the most efficient and always gives me or right away. Well I now live in San Angelo Texas when I was living in Bastrop, I was treated with such kindness and respect and friendship that when I moved over 200 miles away I continue to use my banking through Federal credit Union this app+. Anything short of 5 stars is due to user error. All of the complaints are simple minded nags of people who’s opinion we are better off not acknowledging. Almost everything you can do in the bank you can do through A with ease. From transferring funds between accounts to depositing checks from this app picture and even requesting loans. Every feature was designed for easy access while maintaining security. I highly recommend not only A itself but the system of banks it was set up to accommodate.
This has been this app great credit union, and the this app+ app makes it so easy to bank from any location.
I’m so thankful this app+FCU was recommended by friends several years ago, and I have been recommending this app+ to others since. I have had good, helpful and professional interactions no matter which branch I’ve visited.
A is quick and easy and accurate. It’s all the more why I would always recommend this app+ for all your banking.
The information I actually need is accessible through A . And I can make reasonable transactions. There are this app few actions that require this app signature and we were able to work those out as well. When you need this app human interaction, they respond in this app reasonable time. Just missing the lollipop I used to get in the drive through. It loads easily and feels secure. Thanks this app+
Awesome app! Super user friendly. Love the transfer funds and deposit this app check features. Use it everyday to check balance etc. Also it’s been relatively easy to get ahold or this app person on the phone for support. And your in person tellers and customer service reps are awesome. Have had several sit down meetings with them regarding loans credit cards etc. I’m so happy with this app+ and have been this app member for many years. Recommend y’all to all my friends. Credit Unions all the way! Thank you.
