Ok I was assaulted today and as soon as I sent the report. The DART GoPass just crashes constantly. I've Uninstalled and rebooted phone nothing has worked.

How to fix GoPass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoPass app on iPhone
Update GoPass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoPass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GoPass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoPass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GoPass Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GoPass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GoPass App
1. On android, goto Settings » GoPass » click [Force Stop]

Update GoPass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoPass App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GoPass » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GoPass.

Fix GoPass unable to contact server/ GoPass internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GoPass » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GoPass » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoPass
