- The app has wrong arrival/departure times for more than a few bus routes and does nothing to let users know whether a bus is coming or not.

- Buses are usually 5-20 minutes late (if they do arrive), and the app will only show the next arrival/departure time.

- The app's estimated trip time is often wrong.

- The app has changed several times, causing users to delete the old app and add the new app, set up a new profile, and sign up again.

Ok I was assaulted today and as soon as I sent the report. The DART GoPass just crashes constantly. I've Uninstalled and rebooted phone nothing has worked.
