How to fix Telephony app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Telephony app on iPhone
Update Telephony app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Telephony iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Telephony on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Telephony network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Telephony Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Telephony not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Telephony App
1. On android, goto Settings » Telephony » click [Force Stop]

Update Telephony to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Telephony App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Telephony » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Telephony.

Fix Telephony unable to contact server/ Telephony internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Telephony » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Telephony » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
