Jackpocket Lottery App Status

The app is not opening. Restarting phone and uninstalling reinstalling the app doesn't fix the issue.

The App down not opening, it's showing me a message: Internal server error. What should I do to correct the issue?

Hi Trying to load Jackpocket like I do every day and I get a message that says Uh Oh something weird is happening , try again . Been happening for a few hours this morning.

All of a sudden when I am ready to pay for my ticket, a face pops up telling me to cancel my vpn in order to continue!

Took my money now app won’t open?!? Doesn’t go very far toward building trust!!

I use PayPal and now it's not accepting my source of pay. I've just used it 3 days ago and it worked fine.

I play the Pb & MM & Ohio Classic Lotto and Rolling Cash 5 on Jackpocket. I am not receiving emails showing the numbers picked, and any winning results. This started this past week.

app says i must use mastercard, well thats all i have ever used, hasn't worked in last 3 months, so i use mastercard always have and now it says i must use master card, sounds like a scam to me. who can i report to for legal help?

I added funds to my account, then picked my numbers. Once done, I went to check out, but received a message, "Something went wrong." Above the message is an X inside a circle. I tried uninstalling the app and clearing the cache, and I cannot access the app.

App worked fine to take my money. Now it won’t open!

I bought mega millions tickets a few days ago and not the app won’t work. I can’t navigate the app at all without a pop-up saying something went wrong.

I have been getting this message for about a week now. I deleted the app and downloaded the app again and I keep getting this message all week. “ Uh Oh, something weird happened. Let’s try again.

Every time I go in to the app. It tells me try again or cancel. I keep clicking try again, again and again and nothing is happening.
