Very poor customer service

There’s one main reason I recommend boycotting JackpocketLotteryApp until they fix the problem. They have an automatic withdrawal feature which they do not explain. It tried to take money out of my Aspiration card which had insufficient funds for the transaction. So they suspended my account. When I gave them my primary acct. number to bill, they emailed me they had submitted it and told me my account would be reinstated in five days once the bank charge had gone through. Five days later, nothing. I emailed them and they claimed I didn’t give them my bank info, which I had and I screenshot the email they had sent me and sent it back to them. Then they claimed my bank denied the charge when I have thousands in my account to cover it so either they didn’t enter the number correctly or not at all. I have $90 winnings in my account that they are holding hostage, all because they can’t get it together. I originally used PayPal to fund my account and now wish I had not changed over to my debit card. So I recommend boycotting their app until they fix the automatic withdrawal issue and stop torturing their customers with the incompetence that revolves around this issue. Surely they can just deny a charge if there are insufficient funds. But to lock customers out of their accounts so they can’t even fix the issue is unethical and unconscionable. If they fix the problem, I’ll fix the stars.

Most negative star reviews are unreasonable

I’ve read through majority of the negative reviews and plenty are complaining about it being a “scam.” It’s the lottery, what was anyone really expecting? Can’t blame jackpocket for something that is completely randomized. Both my grandmother and I use JackpocketLotteryApp , she never wins anything, however I win my money back most of the time. It’s about luck, nothing more. Plus, they ask you private info for a reason, how else are you going to claim major prizes or prove you’re of legal age in your state? Why would Jackpocket risk the lawsuits? Their service fees as well are not as bad considering it’s about convenience. That’s the whole point of ordering things online, especially tickets. How else do people expect for them to keep up a business and keep JackpocketLotteryApp going if there isn’t some sort of fee? Keep this in mind, JackpocketLotteryApp is fine, if anything, it has a simple and easy to use UI. Anyone can use it. I taught my grandmother how to use it and she knows absolutely nothing about technology. If I could add anything, I would say less notifications unless an amount is won or the tickets are ready. Other than that, jackpocket has been an overall great experience for myself and grandmother.

Awesome and convenient!!!

I really don’t understand some of these reviews people are leaving. I’ve been using JackpocketLotteryApp maybe for a year or less now and have never had a problem with anything. Seems like most people don't understand on their own fault and not JackpocketLotteryApp . It’s the easiest and user friendly app you could ever ask for. When it comes to ordering a lottery ticket and not having to get up and get in your vehicle drive all the way to the store, hope you have cash, or maybe make a trip to the atm/bank then go to the store, when all you have to do is open up your phone and select your tickets. People saying JackpocketLotteryApp is sketchy are also ridiculous. Read the rules/regulation and privacy policy/terms of service and you would see everything and anything that is required for you to have an account and be able to order your tickets. This is so easy and great! I love sitting at home and ordering my tickets! Another thing people complaining about not winning. Where does it say you will win playing through JackpocketLotteryApp..??? You have the same chances as going to the store and as most reviews say “wasting your money” as playing on Jackpocket. Keep up the great work Jackpocket team!!!

Not as Sweet as Elitist Batman says.....

First of all JackpocketLotteryApp works well with what permissions it holds states to states, maybe too well.
Some commentators on here are saying “I don’t see what others are saying”.....well If you have a problem with gambling, DO NOT JOIN. You are not on your own here, taking my own experience on here. I was spending too much so I just don’t go on JackpocketLotteryApp , JackpocketLotteryApp text messages you on a daily basis about impending jackpots you could be missing out on. There is a charge every time you replenish, if you are in the supermarket there’s no charge. For me I like Take 5, for a short time it was available to play, but now it’s not, so I don’t play, but the messages don’t stop. I’m going to turn off notifications and see where that takes me, then after if I decide just delete-The Who darn thing.
It was fun in the beginning but got too costly !

Tried with $20, already looks shady

Installed JackpocketLotteryApp based on a friend suggestion. Convenient way to play for people who live far from a lottery convenience store. However I already have some complaints and now I am curious about my protection if the reward is quite large to remain honest.
You pick some numbers or let JackpocketLotteryApp pick them for you. And somebody actually buys tickets on behalf of you. You can see a stamp on the “ticket photo” that says “ticket belongs to Your Name”. It doesn’t say “redeemable only by”. Also I don’t really know if the actual ticket has the stamp or the stamp was “photoshopped” after the ticket was scanned. What made me suspicious? I won $4 and it was on my account. So somebody was able to claim it on my behalf.
I had already $12 left from original funding and $4 from my winnings. I tried to withdraw my money after losing trust. It looks like the original money you sent from your account is not refundable. That is problem #2.
The I decided to get my $4 as a refund. Again another problem. Although I was able to fund my account using PayPal, I cannot get a refund via PayPal. It wants my bank account number. What if I don’t want to give my bank account to an app developer? Maybe I was misled because they made funding JackpocketLotteryApp account very easy.

So convenient

I have to say I love this jackpot. On snowy and rainy days is when I really appreciate it. I play the number games a lot and at times when I think of a number to play , I don’t have to run to find a lotto store . I just whip out the phone and put it in . It’s real easy to set up and they have many safeguards to protect your information. I play all the games they have and won a few times . I had no problem collecting too. You even have the choice of keeping all in your credits / winnings or taking some and putting it in your bank account. I would love to give this a five star but unfortunately the numbers game only allows you to play a dollar straight or a dollar box and I can’t combo or play 50/50 . I’m hoping that will change. Also the take 5 game has been out for months and unavailable to play . I really miss that game … please bring that back soon. Overall the pros out weigh the cons and their fees to use their app isn’t expensive. So if your a game player the “jackpot “ game is your bet

Pricing model should be changed

I took a look at JackpocketLotteryApp and it looks great and convenient to use if you want to play lotto games often. But, there is nothing “convenient” about being charged an almost 10% fee just to add money to play the same “gambling” games you can play at a local store. Why spend more money gambling for no good reason other than to use your phone instead of going to a store? Seems like a bad decision to just lose more money. My recommendation to the company is to change the pricing model. Instead of charging a fee to load money, I would be more interested to use JackpocketLotteryApp if I had the option to pay a monthly fee instead. I would be happy with $10 per month but I bet some people would be willing to spend up to $20 per month. Wouldn’t MRR be better to grow the customer base? Just my opinion though and maybe the current model makes them enough money for people who are willing to use it as it is. It might be worth offering the option. Monthly or “pay-as-you-play” options.

Happy camper

This is an awesome and convenient app to use to get my lottery tickets no long lines no aggravation having to deal with people I simply pull out my app and put in my numbers and pray I came up with the right ones. I read that some people said they don’t win well sad to say that’s on you not JackpocketLotteryApp you were responsible for picking the wrong numbers I’m sure when you go to the store you don’t always win either granted I’ve lost a lot of times Smdh wasting money just like I did going to play it at a store but I’ve also won 2 times and was exceedingly happy the only thing that bums me out is I have to wait 4-5 days to receive my payment after depositing it into my account but nothing or no one is perfect that’s just life. If you like playing numbers I suggest that you try JackpocketLotteryApp it’s legitimate and convenient.

Quick Pick feature stinks

JackpocketLotteryApp is convenient for when you don’t have time to go out and buy tickets but their number generation for quick pick is horrible. I’ve used it several times and I’m constantly getting a massive amount of duplicate numbers. With such a huge pool of random numbers it’s absolutely ridiculous when some numbers appear on 4 out of 10 tickets. Convenient but you’re WAY better off choosing your own numbers if you want something random. Edit: Related to the developer response. I never stated the QP feature wasn’t compliant, I stated it’s terrible considering the massive amount of repeat numbers I receive. There are 11,238,513 5 digit combinations using 1-69. Seeing the same number across multiple tickets is highly unlikely. Thanks for your defensive response in relation to your compliant random number generator. Edit 2: used app again on 1/8/22 to buy mega millions tickets for next drawing. 5 tickets. 4 sets of repeating numbers. Definitely avoiding quick pick going forward. Edit 3: my review has been deleted as of 1/9/22. I’ll just keep reposting it.

Great app

Updated 3/20: Have to correct my previous review from earlier (see below). App wasn’t broken—turns out the wifi I was using JackpocketLotteryApp on was blocking gambling sites, so JackpocketLotteryApp got caught up in that net. Resolved that issue and app works great. Really like it.

My one issue: I find that the notifications can become a nuisance (as with all apps), but since gambling can become a problem, wonder how healthy it is to be prodded with what seems like daily notifications about trying to win. Would be nice to see options for notifications so they can be tailored. Otherwise I suppose it is best to just turn them off.
——
Previous review: Enjoyed JackpocketLotteryApp for a few weeks. As of last week, app doesn’t work. Every time I try to open it I get an error message that something went wrong. Restarting phone and closing other apps doesn’t fix the problem. Hope they fix it soon.

Love it!

I’ve been playing the lottery for about 5 years now. I use to dump money into it. JackpocketLotteryApp has made it a lot easier and safer to play. It allowed me to manage my spending to keep the lottery as more of a game for me rather than gambling. It also help me to narrow down the games I play. 9 times outta 10 I get little prizes back for cash 4 life. With mega and powerball about half the time I win something. Pick 6 is even worst. I never win anything. If I do it’s only $3. So now I only play cash 4 life. I only play powerball and mega when the jackpot is really high. My one complaint is Jersey cash 5 isn’t available yet. Please add this game!

UPDATE: THANK YOU! Cash 5 is now available! YAYYY! But now one more request. Can you please allow the selection of multiple tickets from the past tickets page. I just wasted $5 replaying the same ticket twice.(now if I win twice not a problem but still a waste regardless!)

Almost a millionaire

Working at the hospital in this pandemic times I’ve gotten so discourage to playing the lottery I like playing in person but there are lots of places that are closed or places are open and the lottery terminal is closed so weeks have passed by I haven’t thought about playing but one day on my way to work I remembered I have the jackpocket app on my phone and it was a Thursday and the draw game for that day was the pick 6 so I played $5 the machine picked the numbers then by 9 pm I received a text from jackpocket with a link “you won big on jackpocket please click link “ I didn’t believe it until I went to JackpocketLotteryApp and saw I got 5 out of 6 numbers one more number I would of hit the jackpot $4.8 mill so they FedEx me my ticket with a claim form this a perfect alternative solution to keep playing and staying safe

Jackpocket is so convenient!!

I got the Jackpocket app about 2 mos ago, and I’ve won $71 in that time. A $50 winner, a $10, and several $2 winners. You can play Powerball, mega millions, and Texas lottery. And several other lesser games. You can pick your own numbers, or do the quick pic. It’s so super convenient. I get overwhelmed in the stores. There’s so many diff ones, and there’s always somebody waiting behind me in line, and it’s a little intimidating. With JackpocketLotteryApp there’s none of that pressure. You can fund your account with a credit or debit card, and put as much or as little as you want in your account. You can even buy $5 lottery tickets and have them delivered to your door! All in all, it’s a wonderful way to play the lottery, if you’re so inclined. High recommendation from this future Powerball winner!! 😁😆

Cha-Ching and Done!

I’ve enjoyed playing the games of Texas since Day 1, but every so often, I’d forget to stop on my way home from work to buy a ticket. I’d either regretfully put my shoes back on my feet, make my way to a retailer, and invariably wait in a long, slow moving line to secure my $1 opportunity for riches - or - I’d have to go without altogether; feeling like I’d missed my chance at winning “The Big One”. With Jackpocket, I’ve finally said “Goodbye!” to those last minute races to find a store! Jackpocket is simple to use and with it’s vast array of various, easy to understand (and use) options, it should have a shortcut icon on Everyone’s smartphone! I love having the peace of mind knowing that I just might become Texas’ next millionaire; and I can thank Jackpocket for allowing this feeling to be so easily attainable! (It also saves me money at the gas pump!)

Easy way to play lottery!

I am a very skeptical person so I was VERY skeptical about the legitimacy of JackpocketLotteryApp. I read a few reviews and searched for independent news articles about JackpocketLotteryApp. I confirmed it’s not a scam so I decided to try. I created an account and added $10 from my PayPal to start. I live in NJ so the games available to me were Mega Millions, Powerball, Pick 6, Cash 4 Life. There are other state games but I guess JackpocketLotteryApp doesn’t allow other games? What I really liked is the “pools” option. You can play the Mega or Powerball with other users to increase your chance of winning. These pools have hundreds of people in them and I love this!
Conclusion: Not a scam, it’s legit as long as you are physically in the location they say you have to be in and are over 18. It’s an easy and convenient way to play lottery right from your own home.

Best app! Love it!

If you love to play the lotto like I do, and you always seem to be going to the store to play your tickets, you need to get JackpocketLotteryApp. I no longer have to go to any store or have cash on me to be able to play my numbers. I just go on JackpocketLotteryApp, choose the game I wanna play, pick my numbers and submit my order. Simple as 123. No more wasting gas or time going to a store. Your tickets are right on JackpocketLotteryApp , and you can see the actual ticket, and if you win, you are notified that you have won and you can also see your winnings if you look at your order history. If you win under the state minimum amount, the funds are credited to JackpocketLotteryApp , and you can leave them there or you can have them cashed out into your bank account. Love JackpocketLotteryApp!

So simple So convenient

I saw an ad for Jackpocket and at first wondered if I’d be able to play in my state. Then found okay my state is included. But is it real and is it safe. I went did a bit of a search and found okay it’s real. Now came the play. I played my favorite games. I like to play the Daily Numbers game as well as Win 4. I played both lucky was with me. I got an email telling me I had won the Win 4. I had been scammed by other online games so I went to my states results and I had hit the Win 4 number. So I dashed to the site and there it was my winning. I transferred a portion to my account and expect it in 3-5 days. It was simple it was easy. And it was great. I got my payout first thing Wednesday morning. This is the best way to play my favorite NY State Lottery games. It’s AWESOME

I don’t usually play lottery but it’s so convenient!

There’s a bunch of lottery’s you can play depending on what state you’re in. They can even deliver scratch tickets to your house if you’re into that thing. You can join a public pool for the big lottery games like Powerball Megamillions, more often than not there’s 4K+ people participating in any pool so you can usually win something even if it’s a few cents. Everything that’s earned in the public pool is split evenly between everyone who participated. So far I think 10 states support Jackpocket, more every year. It’s because of online gambling laws etc but you can’t beat the convenience of having Jackpocket buy your lottery ticket for you and sending you the winnings directly into the bank.

Great app and functionality, big waste of money

JackpocketLotteryApp itself works great. I really can’t think of anything wrong with it other then the fact that I never win anything. (Sometimes it feels rigged) I’ve had JackpocketLotteryApp for a long time, I play probably weekly, but I’m deciding to limit my use on it (which you can do in JackpocketLotteryApp !) to maybe once a month. It can get really addicting to feed the fantasy these kind of things advertise. Just be aware of how you use JackpocketLotteryApp and don’t let yourself get caught up in how nice and swift everything works. Great app and support team, really dangerous for addictive personalities. Just putting that disclaimer out there because sometimes we need that little reminder. 😊 Toodles

Vincent

JackpocketLotteryApp provides more variety in your ability to play your lotto picks. Funding your account and then picking your numbers to play your favorite games is just simply genius. No rushing to get to the corner store to get a lotto ticket just simply click and you have access to the ability to win thousands or millions. There are many other features JackpocketLotteryApp provides, you can play with pools of people to win, or create a pool of your own to win, the most innovative part of JackpocketLotteryApp is that you can play your favorite numbers with auto play. Seemingly you’re automatically signed up every week with your favorite numbers. It also has alerts and notifications of winnings or playing the lotto so you never miss a chance to win. Think I said enough thanks.

Interesting concept to say the least!

Even if this isn’t you’re thing, you’ve got to admit it’s a pretty well executed app! This should be a very complicated process for a phone app to accomplish, but they’ve made it seamless. You can buy your tickets, they’re nicely sorted, and you don’t even have to check your own lotto numbers. JackpocketLotteryApp can send you notifications to tell you when you win something. The pools are actually a pretty slick concept, and again very well executed. Even if JackpocketLotteryApp was very visually boring, JackpocketLotteryApp would still score a 5/5 from me. Yet, JackpocketLotteryApp is actually very clean and well designed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from JackpocketLotteryApp based on some of the lackluster reviews... it has been better than I imagined in every facet.

By

So Convenient!

JackpocketLotteryApp registered my account number to find my Jackpocket account without any problems, I buy tickets more easily than going to the corner store. I can either choose a quick pick or pick the numbers myself. I won one time on one of my tickets and it automatically funded my winnings to my jackpocket account. Cool because it wasn’t much but if it was a lot, I would hope it wouldn’t do that. So far, I love JackpocketLotteryApp and highly recommend it for those who can’t make a quick run to the store. I don’t know how the process would work if I were to win high dollar amounts. Hopefully I can find out soon and update this rating with the smooth process.

Great idea IF...it actually WORKED

I am a truck driver who crosses lots of states every week. Out of the several states that I entered (states I cross/buy tickets), ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THEM would actually allow me to proceed. I’d get the message instead “this state is not allowed to play yet”. All except for one state that I entered: Texas. I even entered my home state of Libtardifornia and still “not allowed to play” and those f’ers allow gd everything to go on in that state. Well, maybe just everything WRONG.

What’s more, it appears that I am not allowed to add funds depending on the location I’m at. I drive for a living, I am going to be all over the map, so this restriction is gonna kill me. Or maybe just my interest in JackpocketLotteryApp. I get blocked and restricted in one way or another AT EVERY STEP. I don’t know why that is, just seems like a lot of headache and frustration for what was advertised to be so quick and simple. Yeah maybe it would be, if it actually worked 🤦‍♀️

Simple and EASY!!

I lOVE IT! This is the UBEReats of Lottery lol. It feels so good to have an app available where I can log in to and buy my lottery tickets. I’ve won major prizes before and the ANXIETY I feel each time I go into a gas station to buy my tickets I feel I am being watched by the cameras. And if I were to win EVERYBODY would know. But with JackpocketLotteryApp I feel at PEACE and protected at all times. I love it! As soon as you win it’s deposited into my account vs having to go in a gas station and cash out. Plenty of times I’ve forgotten to go and buy my tickets at the gas station but JackpocketLotteryApp takes that away. SIMPLICITY!

By

Great app but.........

First of all, JackpocketLotteryApp really makes buying lottery tickets easy and the 'convenience fee' is well worth it. One thing I did notice a couple of months ago, was that I purchased a winning ticket (I won twenty dollars) and didn't know and was not notified nor was my account credited. So I was casually browsing my tickets I purchased a couple of days later and then I noticed I won some money but was not notified, i then proceeded to contact customer service who then immediately credited my account and gave me an additional ten dollars to my account. The customer service rep blamed 'technical issues' behind my account not being credited. Be careful and check your tickets daily and compare your tickets with the winning numbers. I am sure it was a honest 'mistake'.

T.C

Good app just wish I could use it when I travel outside of my state but I can only use it when I’m in my state which is inconvenient. I can easily go and buy a lottery ticket. I appreciate the lottery pools though even though I only win 10-20 cent at most when that big when come through it will be well worth putting money in here also since I moved from a state that don’t have lottery my bank card that I got from that state it don’t work on JackpocketLotteryApp cause that bank is only in that state which made me open another bank.

You guys really need to fix the payment options

I was so excited I was going to be able to buy my tickets with my DEBIT CARD right from my phone. Just to find out after I downloaded JackpocketLotteryApp , that you cant even use your VISADEBIT card-it wont work. Please fix this! is a mutual benefit, do you realize how many ill and busy people’s money you are losing? Many of us dont have that kind of time to go all the way to the gas station just to play a ticket. And the majority of people have VISA DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS.

AND LIKE THATS NOT ENOUGH, I cant even use my bank account, because i have a local NH bank (St. Marys bank,) and its not listed. You guys only have a St. Marys national bank, which is obviously different because i cant log into it. So JackpocketLotteryApp would have been extremely convinient for both. Very dissapointed, Thanks

Bank account access privacy concerns

Both Wells Fargo and US Bank do not allow debit card funding. Most other banks do not either. Other options are electronic check (wait 1-2 business days to clear and fund), or slide their partner ‘PLAID’ to fund. Make sure to read the ‘PLAID’ terms of service and privacy information. Basically when you fund through ‘PLAID’ they go directly to your banks login page and you have to enter your login and bank password allowing them to connect. Their privacy policy is clear that they can and will access information, balances, payments, transactions, on ALL ACCOUNTS, SUBACCOUNTS, LOANS, AND CREDIT CARDS ASSOCIATED WITH YIUR BANK LOGIN! You are giving ‘PLAID’ direct access to scrape all your information and do what they want with it as long as the have access. No thank you.

Fun & Easy

JackpocketLotteryApp makes taking a chance on winning the lottery fun & easy, and gives you the opportunity to join a pool to win a share with other users. I play for fun and JackpocketLotteryApp makes it simple to get your tickets without having to run back out if you already made it home and forgot to stop or just didn’t want to stop. I don’t play all the time, just when the mood strikes me so being able to do it without leaving my house again is awesome.

Pools

I like JackpocketLotteryApp good idea.
I would like to see California, Florida and new York added cause those states win most often with the jackpots or the bigger prize levels. Also would like to see is have everyone use the power play and megaplier options because we only buy one ticket and $3.00 is no big deal especially if lots of our tickets are winners anyway why not maximize our winnings. We could get up to 5X and on Special occasions it’s 10X something I think would be a good idea I know I would have no problem paying that extra dollar. Just something for the people in charge to consider.

Best thing ever

JackpocketLotteryApp is pretty awesome. There’s plenty of times I get home and told myself damm , only if there’s a way I can buy a ticket without going to the store and plenty of times I forget to stop by the store to purchase a ticket . Well with Jackpocket it’s so simple and easy to use and view . I would recommend JackpocketLotteryApp to everyone . Who ever is searching if this is a scam , stop searching because it’s not a scam it’s a legit app and I hope and wish everyone wins big . Good luck everyone .

Finally!

Such a simple concept but us lottery players have waited patiently for a long time for this.
Pay via debit card.
Never lose a ticket, never forget to check a ticket. JackpocketLotteryApp does all the tedious work for you so you can just play and have fun.
Personally I think the fees are a little steep. I believe the makers of JackpocketLotteryApp should be compensated for their work but in my opinion the fees are a little too high but hopefully they will reduce it once more people get on board.

I almost didn’t use JackpocketLotteryApp because of the fees but I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did. I’m still losing but at least I’m having more fun losing. :)

I received no compensation for this review and I am not associated with JackpocketLotteryApp in any way. This is my personal and unbiased opinion. I honestly would (and have) recommended JackpocketLotteryApp to friends and family.

Took my money to fund, but would not let me check out with my tickets. This was at 7. Tried until 7:30 which is the cut off time. Tried to get my money refunded since they were unable to provide my tickets. They will not let me get my money out.

I am keeping getting this message; Uh oh, something weird happened. Let’s try that again. Already deleted the app installed again and nothing.. what’s wrong?!?

At first I was excited that this program or app existed. I did sign up for some auto plays based on jackpot. After a few months I realized I was spending between $40-$60 a month and it was adding up. I came to the conclusion that it be great to use this money to spend on investments since it’s a bear market and may have slightly higher yield of return.

jAYVEE   2 years ago

App is not user friendly; Createator states that Texas can use this app, but app continually gives ERROR MESSAGES WHEN TRYING TO FUND ACCOUNT. Even when support says you READY TO GO, does not work. I have been trying to use for over a month and in spite of emails received from support team stating READY TO GO, still does not work. They have my Official ID, Bank Information, and other IMPORTANT INFORMATION, YET.......THEIR APP KEEP REJECTING ME. MY RATING FOR THIS APP, FOR THIS LOTTERY GAME, BELOW ZERO!!!!!!
