- Stops after every game, would be better if it moved to the next game automatically

- No Racetrax replays, only Keno

- Freezing issues when scrolling down to check races

The Keno app sound effects work only on intro, when the numbers are selected no sound effects operate. The game plays on in silence. I've contact help at mdlottery several times with no solution. Maybe your dept will be in service to resolve. Thank you. note: I get the same effect on my phone and desktop. I've reloaded the app several times with no change.

How to fix MD Lottery app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MD Lottery app on iPhone
Update MD Lottery app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MD Lottery iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MD Lottery on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MD Lottery network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MD Lottery Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MD Lottery not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MD Lottery App
1. On android, goto Settings » MD Lottery » click [Force Stop]

Update MD Lottery to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MD Lottery App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MD Lottery » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MD Lottery.

Fix MD Lottery unable to contact server/ MD Lottery internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MD Lottery » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MD Lottery » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
