The Keno app sound effects work only on intro, when the numbers are selected no sound effects operate. The game plays on in silence. I've contact help at mdlottery several times with no solution. Maybe your dept will be in service to resolve. Thank you. note: I get the same effect on my phone and desktop. I've reloaded the app several times with no change.
