Scanner not working properly.keeps asking if this is sport ticket or gaming ticket

The scanner on the app is not working correctly. When you open the scanner it asked you if this is a game ticket. I’m trying to scan scratch off tickets. How do you fix this?

Having problems viewing the live drawing

Currently on my app's scan feature, it asks if the ticket is a sports gaming ticket. I have no option to say "NO" and scan a traditional lottery ticket. My iOS is up to date are you working to fix this and will push an update soon?

Just started today. When I try to scan a lottery ticket a window pops up asking if it is a sports ticket. No option to say “no”. App times out

Have tried to register and submit over 20 times and keep getting error message “email in use try again later”

My app Ohio lottery app won't scan my tickets

We just bought 4 scratch off tickets, and the app won't scan them. It keeps saying...oops something went wrong. But we also have the same scratch offs from a few days ago, and it will scan them! Only the last 4 we bought won't scan! Why is that?

Every time I try to scan a ticket it says error scanning ticket try again shortly and it continues to do that for every ticket and has been doing this for hours

My phone app scans but the data are not received on the website, intermittently I receive an out-of-date app message, but I cannot find the updated app in the android phone app store.

Problems on 9-22-2022 scanning 4th non winning the prize is right ticket. Kept repeating game and then went to bonus round and then it stalled. I scanned another non winning ticket today, 9-24-22 , does not start game. Bust plays the music. Please advise

Attempts to login fail repeatedly. Started yesterday, no issues prior to yesterday. I have restarted my phone, no improvement.
