MD Lottery Status

When I scan a scratch-off ticket, this message pop up: "icash not allowed" What does that mean? That it's not a winner???

I go to check or add tickets to my rewards and the screen stays white.

When checking tickets for last nights drawing keep getting “Error: Inquiry not allowed” any recommendations on fix?

Can't scan Fast Play Tickets with App. Invalid Virn

When trying to scan Fast Play tickets, I get; INVALID VIRN- Received: F22105700066525565465370821005w0P1LPHK5C-T7DXW06G0D3ZQ2. I am getting this error on all Fast Play tickets purchased at several different locations and have deleted and reapplied the MD Lottery APP. All other MD Lottery tickets and Scratch Offs are able to be scanned with no issues. Please advise of any solution.

MD lottery app won’t load, which in return will not allow me to check tickets or enter them either. Please help! My carrier suggested that I reach out to you to see if there are problems with your app.

When selecting MDLottery app, I get a message window saying MDLottery keeps stopping. In that window there are 3 lines (1- App info, 2-Close app, and 3-Send feedback).

I reported this yesterday. The app is not working. Won’t scan Will not check tickets, cannot enter tickets. Iv been using this app for years. I know how to scan tickets has been done 2 weeks

The app keeps saying that I am not a valid user. But, when I try to re-register with the same email address and information. It tells me that the information is already on file. When I try to request a password reset using my email address, it says that my email address is not found. Very very frustrating.

MD lottery App never loads to the screen where I can look at Fast Play Games or Md Scratch Offs. I have an Android and my provider is Cricket. What can I do to fix this problem. I have already deleted the App and reinstalled it.

Every time I try to login, it keeps crashing, stating error?

On occasion, I have to repeatedly click on my Mdlottery icon to get it to open, and when it finally does it will sometimes give me an error message. I can't enter second chance drawings or check tickets. Very inconvenient!

Scanner generates INVALID error or just dumps the scan screen and takes you back to the Scan a ticket window.

Get "unknown error" message when attempting to scan ticket.

App stopped working once I downloaded and tried to create a game play slip closed out the app. Won't let me go create a game slip after I reopened the app and click on the game to do the game slip. Also say the app shell is missing even when the app has already been downloaded.
