How to fix LEVELING app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LEVELING app on iPhone
Update LEVELING app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LEVELING iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LEVELING on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LEVELING network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LEVELING Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LEVELING not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LEVELING App
1. On android, goto Settings » LEVELING » click [Force Stop]

Update LEVELING to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LEVELING App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LEVELING » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LEVELING.

Fix LEVELING unable to contact server/ LEVELING internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LEVELING » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LEVELING » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
