I can't log in-app doesn't recognize phone number or password
My Stelo reading is too high compared with finger stick reading. Day 3 Stelo reading 218 Fingerstick reading 170; Day 4 Stelo reading 137 Fingerstick reading 100; Day 5 Stelo reading 143 Fingerstick reading 110. I am an experienced Dexcom and later Stelo user with type 2 diabetes
I placed an order for 1 - 2pack of Stelo biosensors. Evidently, I signed up for a subscription and received another 2 pack of sensors today. I have cancelled future subscriptions. I will place an order if and when I decide to get more. I don't want to receive any more unsolicited 2 packs of Stelo biosensors where my credit card is automatically charged. If I do, I'll contact my credit card company and stop payment. Can you confirm for me that my subscription is cancelled.

Before this latest update, I was able to touch any one of the little dots that tell you what time and your glucose reading which was very informational to me. Now I can't do that and the readings just slide left or right, but doesn't give me exact information. I don't need to go back 180 days but I'd like to have accurate information.
I can't find a phone number to speak to a live representative about 2 defective sensors. The bot is useless. I'm really unhappy, out $89 with zero remedy from this company. How can they get away with treating customers like this? It's not a cheap item and it has medical repercussions.
I have repored sensor issues six times via the Stelo bot with no replies. My sensor reads 30 to 40 points below where it actually is there is no phone number or live. Chat to get this problem resolved.

Have not been able to complete the app setup process. I'm stuck on the second part of the process, linking with Bluetooth. It tells me that Bluetooth access is restricted and that I need to go to settings to use this feature. When I click on Settings it takes me to Stelo's setting section but there is no button there allowing me to establish a Bluetooth connection. So I go back to the Stelo app and try again, and again, and again. Can't find anything on the web that explains this problem. Bluetooth is turned on and works with several of my apps without a problem.
When I visit the Dexcom site I can't find a solution. When I click on their help bot it takes me to the search bar. I type in my question and it tells me there's nothing they can find in their database in regards to my query.
So I'm out of luck. Absolutely no customer support. No way to contact them!

My husband is getting an error that the app can’t verify his country. We are in the US. The website shows his account and shows that it has the US for him in his account info. We have a same iPhone version and the app worked for me.
We have followed troubleshooting instructions to delete the app, restart the phone, and reinstall the app, but the same error occurs. The bot offered a complaint form but it wouldn’t let us access the form because it says that we don’t have cookies enabled. We do have cookies enabled so we are at a dead-end for him. Please fix the county verification issue in the app or provide a way to for us to discuss this with a human.

After ordering sensors, I discovered the app does not display properly on the mini. The icons needed to operate app do not display. Bottom 20% of app pages are covered up. Renders spp and sensors useless. I tried to cancel my order but could not. Of course there is no phone number either. So now I have $100 paper weights.
