About three and half weeks into realizing I had tinnitus (brought on by stress/major anxiety and a sinus issue and jaw issue), I stumbled upon MindEar on Insta and followed the posts and found MindEarTinnitusRelief and when I downloaded my world shifted from feeling stuck and helpless to realizing I had more control than I realized in this situation. I listened to a bunch of podcasts, found the you tube, found my favorite brain interruption noise (one I had not seen in other apps), and discovered the benefits of cbt for reframing tinnitus and my reaction to it. Most importantly, all of a sudden I wasn’t alone, and I wasn’t an anomaly, some weirdo with a noise in her ear; I was among others who understood. The podcasts and webcasts/seminars have been so helpful. I highly recommend MindEarTinnitusRelief, it’s free basic version has a lot of benefit to offer and the paid version even more. If you are struggling and feeling hopeless, walk alone no more.
