Hello, for some reason I can't log back into my account. I was in the process redoing my password as I'd forgotten it. Now I can't get back in. Could you assist? Thanks so much Hilly

No where on their website do they mention the rates or the true length of the trial period. First week I got through the first couple modules then the app wouldn’t allow me to continue without paying. The website says eight weeks trial. I chatted with a rep who said yes they should do a better job of stating the parameters. That rep gave me a 90-day trial but I still don’t know the cost after that time. Why not publish the rates on the website? Also, it doesn’t seem that the information they gather will change their modules or the manner in which the app interacts. So they must be gathering data for their studies. I’d prefer to not give any of my information or experience. In general, just a very bad experience. What else aren’t they being forthcoming about?

What’s worse than a supposedly free app that hits you up for money during the initial setup? Why a follow up email begging for a good review. Of course if the review is bad then don’t post that. Email us directly so others can be irritated as well.
Needless to say I never fully installed the app and have no plans to do so. Suffering from tinnitus is bad enough. Dealing with a cash grab to exploit it is just low. No thanks.

For someone who's dealt with tinnitus for a couple decades, leads a very active life, is familiar with meditation techniques and sound therapies, this app and its "basics" are TOO basic. "Relief" is a questionable word, leading one to think that the techniques employed will alleviate tinnitus, and they don't/won't. It's about accepting and coping, and focusing on things other than the tinnitus sounds. The "sound therapies" are nice, and available through other meditation apps.
