I have had tinnitus for 5 years, and until now no-one has been able to offer any support. Everyone just shrugs their shoulders and says its incurable. When you sign up for this app it includes a free 15 minute consultation with a specialist who understands the problem. This was really really helpful for me. The app itself has lots of information and a chat feature to help you understand the issue and how you can heal. There are also lots of informative videos, meditations and masking music. I have only just started using it, so cannot say how effective it has been for me, but already I feel much more postive about reducing the noise! Last night I fell asleep quickly listening to a meditation. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful app.
