Wrong ids on 5 stones

Such a disappointment app won’t recognize nothing right it’s only a game to get subscribers for $$

It does not recognize diamonds. It is not possible to close an ad once it has finished.

I went to the gem fair and checked many different stones. StoneIdentifier only got 1 right.

Gave me the wrong stones. Cannot unsubscribe and still in my test period. Not very user friendly to unsubscribe

Uhh it keeps on saying Smokey quartz is rose quartz

Pop-ups galore to upsell or hawk other products. Impossible to use without inadvertently risking in app purchases. This should be banned from StoneIdentifier Store

Your software could not identify my rock.

The first four stones I tried to identify were all wrong. It appears to have a lot of stones in it's catalog but what good is it if it cannot identify them? I do hope they improve on that because of the large catalog. If they do it has a ton of potential! Please let me know when it is working better and I'll change my rating.

I can’t even go in StoneIdentifier I deleted it and then i downloaded it back and nothing happened🧐

StoneIdentifier keeps telling me that amethyst, quartz, fluorite and green quartz are quartzite and I don’t even know what that is. I barely know about crystals but StoneIdentifier knows worse

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but they keep charging me. I would advise against using the free trial.

I could even identify my rock I didn’t even tell me what it is and I’ll try to find out the price. It made me have to go to the free trial and I looked at all of the comments and he said if you do the free trial, it will not let you cancel it so I’m not ever downloading StoneIdentifier again

So I would do free acces and it would make me pay just to see the price like why would someone make another person pay just to fined something out 😡

I’ve been trying to cancel subscription! No one is responding!!

Trash app rife with adds

StoneIdentifier was only able to correctly identify one stone out of more than a dozen that I own. And that was after a second try. I used good lighting with a plain white background

It thought Amazonite was clay, or pyrite the first time I tried. (Google what those look like and you will see what I mean). I flipped the stone over and tried a second time and it got it right

Also confused aquamarine with pyrite

It really likes pyrite

When i first saw this game i thought i was cool, but like when i downloaded it, it told me to pay money and i was cool with that and all but i wasnt paying it, and im not sure but i think yall get money everytime someone’s downloads a game, so what i guess im saying is on your ad tell them that you gotta pay money to scan a rock.

I tested StoneIdentifier on my ring and I know because I bought a real diamond on it and it said it was a different rock and it was $.25 to one dollar a pound which is not true. I was really glad and thought it was going to work, but I do not personally recommend it

When I got a crystal from the crystal shop it said that you could sell it for only 1 dollar and I was like what the heck I got it for 30 dollars so I deleted StoneIdentifier it is very bed I don’t recommend you using StoneIdentifier 1 out of 5 star’s very very bad app

I don’t want to spend money on game so I don’t like this sorry for the people who do like/love it

Began using StoneIdentifier and realized I had been charged for the week after just a few minutes of use even after it says there is a trial period. Tried to access the support email to contact them, it bounces back every time I send it. Guess I’ll have to dispute it with the bank.

StoneIdentifier has done nothing but show me the front screen and has not have been scanning rocks so no I do not like StoneIdentifier .

Pls don’t download this cuz it cost money just to see the price I tried it on my gem and when I tried to see how much my second gem cost it wanted me to pay and this is for 4 year olds 4 year olds don’t have PayPal or anything they need a credit card and a money app and you need to have like 100 dollars do you think a 4 year old is going to have that stuff like no my dad doesn’t even have 1 dollar you think someone is going to pay for an app that makes you pay 100 dollars I mean it’s prob not even saying the real price cuz I heard that someone bought a real ring and it cost bearly any dollars like that’s so messed up you think I’m gonna pay you for an app that doesn’t even work like you just want money you don’t know anything about gems diamonds or anything I have that is real I have real gems and one of them was 5 dollars even my brother knows about gems and diamonds more than you and he’s in 5th grade and he’s 11 and yo prob 20

When it scanned the rock I had to pay to find out the price

I took pictures of plastic and glass materials but StoneIdentifier was trying to tell me they are expensive stones lol

So y’all I scanned it Onsomething that was fake it said it was $1,000 Bad do not try this I am warming you

This is a sham. It didn’t detect any of the right stones. Said my diamonds were pearls! Now I know a diamond from a pearl. Only been on this application for 10 minutes and I’m ready to cancel my subscription already.

So when I used the camera it really worked it showed the price of the rock of it was like 2 dollars because I found it on the side of the street but yeah app works. Just please 🙏 reduce the adds other than that good.

I do not like StoneIdentifier it won’t show me the price or what stone it is and there is to much ads and I get stressed so much that I got mad for a day

So I had all these precious gems and has no idea even when I gave it easy ones that I knew the name of also all the descriptions are in German or some other language I’m not sure

I only rated it 5 stars so it can get at the top of the review but StoneIdentifier doesn’t work. Let me explain, when I was scanning a PURPLE rock it show it as a ruby for 10,000 dollars so that obviously fake. And when I show a ORANGE STONE it showed an emerald for 5,000 so yea fake. Guys please don’t get this game it doesn’t work

So I bought the subscription to get more identification on all my towers and it said snow flake obsidian was labradorite, an I did it on other towers like moss agate and it kept saying labradorite so this makes me upset because I spent money on something that isn’t even useful
