I had to take 3 pictures before t recognized my Dropmore Scarlet Honeysuckle. Then I couldn’t find the part where it tells me what’s wrong with the plant. But most of all, AIPlantIdentifierCareLily Store says its free, but once installed they want to charge you weekly, monthly or annually. Classic bait and switch!

AIPlantIdentifierCareLily gives you three days free and then $6.99 per week, that’s right per week. I tried it and it could not even recognize our simple ficus tree. Be careful it is very difficult to cancel subscription.

Do not purchase AIPlantIdentifierCareLily. Does not do what it claims to do. I was to wait two days for response and an obviously sick plant was well. Unbelievable. I want my money back!

I have a dying ficus plant. It is about 60% bald so I decided to try AIPlantIdentifierCareLily. It did not identify the plant after several recommendations which were looked nothing like the plant. Then when I said diagnose it said the plant is healthy… so… deleted.

I went through the entire house trying to identify every plant that we own. AIPlantIdentifierCareLily could not identify one. I change the lighting in each room, the position of the plant.…..nothing. I was really disappointed. Do not waste you money.

I paid for a subscription to get live help from a plant specialist and I never got said help. Don’t know if they’re obsolete now but don’t buy.

Installed then deleted. AIPlantIdentifierCareLily says $1.nn dollars a day (over $365). The prices in the product description are totally unclear. What is up different weekly/yearly/lifetime prices with absolutely no explanation of the difference.

I need to know the price for what I will get, and who on earth would pay $365+, or a lifetime. I'm 60 and I doubt you will be around for the rest of my life.

Highly intelligent and utterly confused potential x-customer.

I find AIPlantIdentifierCareLily of absolutely no value. It never recognizes my plants and therefore can give me no diagnosis. Save your money and find another app that actually works.

I went through the steps in AIPlantIdentifierCareLily and it refers you to AIPlantIdentifierCareLily Store. There is no way to cancel through AIPlantIdentifierCareLily Store.

AIPlantIdentifierCareLily provides Absolutely Zero data on the toxicity of the plant to pets!! Receipt of the information was the Only reason I got AIPlantIdentifierCareLily !

They lure you into a short trial promising you can cancel anytime but they trap you into a 19.99 fee to cancel with no other option to chose from. “Give us another chance” with no other option other than “continue” isn’t a chance, its a trap.

Now they can pay the credit card fee to cancel the charge and get a bad review for irritating me.

I am glad that I decided to do the one week trial. AIPlantIdentifierCareLily could not identify basic plants. Waste of money in my opinion!

There is no free version of AIPlantIdentifierCareLily even though AIPlantIdentifierCareLily Store indicates it’s free. Not worth the download!

Please advise if there is an issue. I no longer want AIPlantIdentifierCareLily and do not want to buy it. I can not afford to buy it.

I am an amateur at best in getting a green thumb. I live in a southern humid hot climate, and if I don’t stay on top of my plants to water when they need to and any other advice I can get!!
I love the fact that AIPlantIdentifierCareLily provides an overview of your issue, analysis and suggestions for handling your challenges.
I don’t think I can do without it!

I downloaded AIPlantIdentifierCareLily by mistake and have no use for it. I have tried everything every which way to cancel the subscription. I have been given the runaround trying to do this but no results. If there is a secret way to cancel AIPlantIdentifierCareLily please let me know

I love AIPlantIdentifierCareLily. When I'm bored and need to clear my mind of negative thoughts, I just go outside, turn on the Lily Plant, and start scanning and identifying every flower that comes my way. After such walks, I always feel better.
