I have just subscribed but on some of the ID they are incorrect but can’t find any way to override this and add the plant name manually, also it won’t allow me to set reminders for in the future e.g pruning it won’t change the date which is today’s date but I want to set it up so that it is organised for the future. Maybe I’m using it incorrectly so any advice on these 2 issues would be welcome

Added app but there are no directions on how to take a picture or use an existing picture

Results are accurate

Results are accurate. I just snap a pic or send a pic I already have in my gallery. That's it! GardenSnap not only identified flowers or trees but also there is a bark selection, a leaf selection, a flower selection and a fruit selection. Love GardenSnap!! I use it at the Park whenever I bring my dog to know which plants are poisonous to him and which ones are safe to play with or take home

likes it

From all the apps I've download this is the best!!! its easy to use and is fast to tell you what plant it is and all of this for free. I got this like 4 days ago because I was going to a forest and I wanted to know what kind of plants ill be with and this just worked wonderfully, but I do wish that you work with the lagging but that is the only issue I see. Besides that its the best!!!!

Seems to function as description states.

First Use, Loaded on Iphone SE OK. Fairly easy to use. Took picture and Indentified the leaf. Took a picture of another plant and identified that plant also. I read both positive and critical reviews. First impression is positive and have not explored any other features other than photo indentification and plant overview. Seems to function as description states.

give it a try!

Easy to use, the results are accurate, it was a satisfying experience. I happen to have a unique plant and get to be the third person to add the photo. But it first suggested me completely different plant name so needs improvement for rare plants. Over all, it's a very fun and useful too. Ads are not that annoying, give it a try!

It's easy to use

Works OK. It gives you a lot of plants to choose from after taken a picture of the plant you want to identify. Sometimes it can be hard to pick which one it is. After a while and going through all the plants GardenSnap thinks it maybe, is is 80 to 90% accurate.

Necessary care yoke!

Easy to use, especially when I'm looking for a succulent latin name, GardenSnap provides accurate information from several links in the menu. And we can find out where the plants come from, their habitat. Very happy to find and use the application .. help me to learn about plants .. thanks development...

can't do it all

GardenSnap is amazing. I can take pictures of plants and it will tell me what I'm looking at. I love GardenSnap I have lemon balm in my yard and I didn't know that if I forget the names of something all I have to do is take a picture of it and picture GardenSnap does the rest it's incredible I don't know how it works but it's amazing.

This app really works well

I wish there was a little more direction on how to best use GardenSnap but a little trial and error got me there. I have been able to id everything from weeds to acorns. GardenSnap really works well and gives accurate results. It could just be a tad more user friendly. :)

We'll done.

I have found GardenSnap extremely good especially as a head gardener taking on a new job, saves a lot of time searching through my books. I have recommended to others. It can take a couple of attempts but gets there. We'll done.

impressive

This is the best plant identifying app i am using. Every plant was identified correctly without any hassle, there is no searching between options of what it may be. GardenSnap immediately gives you the correct name and all the information needed. This is a must app for every phone

Excellent plant identifier

I love GardenSnap. I use it all the time to try and figure out the volunteers growing in my garden, or out in the wild. Sometimes I get multiple options for what might be in my garden but I still use it. I just figure the choices that repeat themselves are probably the most likely.

So far it has been great

So far it has been great, have not got into all of its features yet but just the overview of the general needs of the specific plants is great information. The scheduled reminder features should be extremely helpful as well.

Love the app

Easy to use and in my experience quite actuate. The only issue I've found is that it sometimes crashes when taking a picture for identification. It's annoying, but everything else is so nice that I can live with it.

Wish it didn't cost money

I love GardenSnap for house plants! It's been extremely accurate in determining the genus of every indoor plant I scan. There is still room for improvement when it comes to types of variegation. Excited to try it outdoors in the spring.

it's pretty amazing

Just downloaded...now I can't put my phone down for running around identifying plants...put it to the test..snap a picture of something you know and see for yourself....it id'ed 10 outta ten the 1st time I tried it...this is going to be fun....I'm keepin this one guys....Good Work!
