I spent $ to get to episode 48 in the movie , and tonight I spent more money so I could keep watching. I then paid 24$ for a weekly subscription and to get 3700 coins package . Never got the coins I emailed them Fin emails ke back but it's an automated message. Saying they canceled my subscription and took my progress away smh why would you take what inalready paid for? I emailed 3 times trying to get my coins inpurchased and I received the same email three times word for word.Letter for letter.

It's not playing video.. Always writing "Error and unable to play "
Error unable to play. I just downloaded the app and can not play the story I want to watch. I have tried another story same thing. I paid for points or coins but still unable to play. The samples will play but not the ones I want to watch. Please help or I will uninstall the app. I hate to because I really like the previews I have seen
